Client Responsibilities

No Guarantee of Government Approval

Rejection due to government policies, verification failure, or legal non-compliance is beyond our control
Fees, Payments, and Charges
All fees paid are for professional services rendered
Government fees, stamp duty, rent agreement charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable
For all states in India, ₹2,000 towards Registered Rent Agreement and documentation charges are non-refundable once paid
Refund Policy
Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly by our Refund Policy, available on our website.
No refund shall be processed unless eligibility conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy are fully met.
Amendments, Corrections, and Re-applications
Amendments or re-applications requested due to client errors may attract additional charges
Changes required due to law updates or government instructions shall be handled on a best-effort basis
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
