At Book my virtual office, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We are committed to delivering transparent, fair, and professional GST-related services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the circumstances where refunds shall not apply.

GST registration and related services are subject to government scrutiny, approvals, and procedural requirements. While we provide full support throughout the process, final outcomes depend on government authorities and are beyond our control.

Eligibility for Refund

You shall be eligible for a refund only under the following condition:

  • If your GST registration application is rejected three (3) times or more, specifically due to documentation issues related to the Principal Place of Business (PPOB / VPOB).

No refund requests shall be considered for any other reason.

Deduction Applicable (All States)

For all states across India, an amount of ₹2,000 towards Registered Rent Agreement and documentation charges shall be deducted from the refund amount.
These charges are prepaid to government authorities such as Stamp Duty Departments, GRAS, and Notary Public, and are non-refundable in nature.

Refunds Will Not Be Processed For

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Rejection of APOB (Additional Place of Business) due to warehouse or storage documentation issues

  • Rejections arising from applicant KYC issues, including incorrect or incomplete details

  • Rejections due to non-compliance with GST laws, including but not limited to:

    • Failure of biometric verification

    • Failure of physical verification

  • Rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the applicant

  • Rejections related to APOB documentation issues

Factors Beyond Our Control

Refunds shall not be applicable for issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Approval or rejection of GST applications is solely at the discretion of government authorities. Book my virtual office does not guarantee approval under any circumstances.

Government Delays

No refunds shall be issued for delays caused due to:

  • GST Portal downtime

  • Sub-Registrar or government website outages

  • Administrative backlogs or processing delays

Changes in Law

Refunds will not be provided for delays, rejections, or additional compliance requirements arising from:

  • Amendments in GST laws

  • Introduction of new biometric or verification norms

  • New procedural or compliance requirements issued by authorities

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at bookmyvirtualoffice@gmail.com

  2. Use the subject line:
    “Refund Request – Sarika Ankit Jain”

  3. Mention the following details in your email:

    • Application ID

    • Date of submission

    • Reason for refund request

    • Supporting documents, if applicable

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 working days, and the decision will be communicated via email.

Amendments to This Policy

Book my virtual office reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website or communication to clients.

By availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Force Majeure

Book my virtual office shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or restrictions, internet or system failures, cyber-attacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds shall not be applicable.
