1. What is the Myntra M-NOW Programme? What are its benefits?
M-NOW is Myntra’s hyperlocal fulfilment programme where sellers place inventory in M-NOW enabled hubs located inside key cities. It allows customers to receive products on the same day or the next day.
Myntra manages pick-pack operations and delivers orders rapidly using its city-based express logistics.
Major benefits:

2. How can sellers join the M-NOW Programme?
Any Myntra seller can join if they meet the following criteria:
Must have active listings in eligible categories
Must supply inventory to an M-NOW Fulfilment Hub
Must maintain proper packaging quality standards
Must follow Myntra’s inventory hygiene and delivery readiness requirements
Once approved, sellers can start sending inventory to the assigned M-NOW hub.
3. Do M-NOW service cities and hubs change?
Yes. Myntra regularly updates participating cities based on demand patterns.
Sellers will be notified through the Partner Portal when their city becomes M-NOW enabled or when a hub is changed.
4. Can sellers choose a specific M-NOW Hub?
Generally, Myntra assigns the nearest hub based on seller location.
However, if capacity issues occur, Myntra may reassign the seller to an alternate hub.

5. What types of products are eligible for M-NOW?
Not all items qualify. Restricted items include:
Heavy or bulky categories
Fragile products
Low-demand styles
Items with special storage requirements
Eligible products are mostly:

Footwear
Beauty & personal care (non-hazardous)
6. How much stock should a seller send?
Myntra shares recommended quantities based on:
Sales forecasts

City-level purchase trends
Sellers should maintain consistent stock levels to avoid stock-outs during fast delivery windows.
7. How is storage space allocated in M-NOW Hubs?
Myntra assigns storage limits based on:
Product performance
Sell-through rate
Past fulfilment quality
Space allocation is reviewed monthly.
8. How do sellers send inventory to an M-NOW Hub?
Sellers must raise an inbound request in the Myntra Partner Portal.
Once approved, sellers pack items and ship them to the assigned hub.

9. What is the processing time after stock reaches the hub?
M-NOW hubs process inventory quickly:
Check-in to sellable status: 24–48 hours
10. Is inventory saleable during transfers inside M-NOW hubs?
Yes. Inventory moved within the hub network stays active and appears as “Available” once processing is complete.
11. How are customer returns handled?
Returns are routed to:

Myntra’s central return centre (depending on policy)
Sellers receive QC results and return reasons in the Partner Portal.
12. How do removal orders work?
Sellers can request removals directly from the hub.
Items are consolidated and shipped back to the seller’s pickup location.
13. Are there special packaging requirements for M-NOW?
Yes. Since orders are delivered quickly and multiple times per day, Myntra requires:
Strong primary packaging
Accurate size/labeling
Barcoding compliance
Damage-free folding/packing
Myntra may apply secondary packaging during outbound delivery.
C. Commercials
14. What fees apply for M-NOW?
Sellers may incur:
Fulfilment fee (category-based)
Express delivery service fee (city-based)
Storage fee (for long-term or excess inventory)
Return processing fee
M-NOW orders often convert faster, resulting in higher sales.
15. How is the weight/handling fee calculated?
Myntra calculates handling costs based on:

Delivery SLA (same day or next day)
Primary focus remains on unit weight, not packaging weight.
16. Who is responsible for damages inside the hub?
Myntra follows its internal damage/claim policy and compensates sellers if damage occurs after check-in.
17. How is invoice value handled for M-NOW stock transfers?
For stock movements within Myntra’s network, sellers do not need to generate invoices.
Inventory is tracked digitally through stock movement reports.

If the seller falls under India’s e-Invoicing rules, they must create e-Invoices for outward supply to Myntra hubs.
Myntra verifies e-Invoice QR codes during check-in.
